I got exactly what I wanted and it works perfectly.
But I paid for expedited shipping (priority 2 day) and it took a week.
It took me longer to figure out which part to replace on my Baratza Encore than to find this site, order, receive it, and install it!
When ordering the suggestion to replace the silicone gasket was helpful as I lost mine long ago. The order came quickly, well packaged, and the timing of a follow up email with the video instructions was perfect! This was the part I needed to fix my Baraza Encore grinder. After shipping the part, French press coffee automatically sent a video showing how to install the new part, which was very helpful. Now, my grinder is working great again.

My Virtuoso’s grind consistency was suffering horribly and I could feel something was off when adjusting the grind setting. The burr holder was broken after 3+ years of daily use. While I waited on shipment, I deep-cleaned the machine (I recommend removing the outer shell and two screws in bottom) along with the burr itself. Installing the new burr holder along with reassembly was easy. My grinder is purring like new again!

like many of us, my baratza stopped being adjustable and would only grind French press coarse. I found out this little plastic piece is the answer. Ot got here fast and I fixed it fast. Thank you.
