$12 for a plastic know
Twelve dollars for a plastic knob that should have been built to a higher standard in the first place. Try manufacturing a small metal ring over lapping
the plastic piece so it won't split so easily. It would cost more but provide a much better product.

Much needed
After 8 years the knob socket split. I resorted to putting the coffee beans in a baggie and using a rubber mallet. I then changed to plugging in, unplugging the grinder to use it. The new knob came quickly, what a relief. Fit perfectly, now operation as usual. Coffee: So much more than just a morning beverage.
