Awesome Price, Excellent Service.
My mother needed a replacement Hopper for her coffee grinder and couldn't find one anywhere, at least, not until I found one at the French Press website. Even they didn't have one in stock at the time, I placed an order anyway (hoping they'd get one soon). It said it could be at least 6-8 weeks to process if/when my item became available, yet I received it in record time (weeks early).
Side Note: Nothing beats the smile on my mother's face when she was able to use her favorite coffee grinder again. I Highly Recommend them!

Great fit great service
I knocked my sons hopper off his grinder and wanted to find a replacement one. Although this company had the hopper on back order, they kept me posted about time frame availability and received it quickly once they were able to. Its a perfect fit ,my debt is paid and my son is happily grinding his own coffee again.

Improved hopper
This new hopper feels improved vs older one wrt materials as it is not a rigid hard plastic. Hopefully making it less brittle and more lasting. Only wish it was sold as a set with the lid….
